Weald – Temporary Working Arrangements
In accordance with the directives from the Government, we have implemented our plan for home working for all staff. You can still contact us using the usual direct dial numbers and email addresses, and you can find these out by clicking the link below.
We have a plan to maintain the essential functions in the office, and we are in close communication with insurers to ensure that we can continue to deal with them on your behalf efficiently and effectively. The insurance market remains fully functioning at present, and whilst the situation remains fluid we will do our best to provide certainty and clarity on questions which you may have.
Please do keep in touch with us by phone and email. We would prefer that you do not send post, and if you do we apologise that there may be a delay in collecting it and responding. We will now avoid face-to-face meetings, and carry out discussions by using the telephone, or conferencing applications with documents emailed beforehand as appropriate. If a site meeting is unavoidable we will liaise with you beforehand to ensure that all of the risks are minimised.
As an independent broker, supporting our clients is our top priority, and remains so in challenging times more than ever. If you have any concerns or queries regarding policies held with us, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your usual contact – we will do everything we can to assist as we endeavour to maintain business as usual.
